Hi!

I'm Bec - CEO, Founder and Head Coach at Infinite Potential PT.

I am an Online Coach, Nurse/Midwife, Bodybuilder and Mother of 2.

Infinite Potential PT was born out of my own struggle to regain my health and fitness after getting lost in the thick of raising small humans and my desire to help people avoid ending up in my hospital beds.

It took me years to understand that my health and wellbeing was also important. I eventually made it back to the gym, fell into the world of bodybuilding, and this year took out an overall title in Fitness with ANB.

As an Emergency Nurse, I spend my hours caring for people with a whole range of preventable chronic health issues. This lit my fire to empower people to take control of their health and fitness, in the hope that they may never end up in my care as a nurse, for something that could have been prevented with lifestyle modification.

At Infinite Potential PT, we aim to provide coaching services that are empowering, accessible and affordable to help you discover your highest potential!
